Experience and Training
We have extensive experience valuing manufacturers, fabricators, and construction contractors: from the steel erectors who build the rocket platforms for NASA to the manufacturer of exhaust components for the Corvette. Because of this experience, we have the industry knowledge necessary to appraise the related equipment and machinery accurately.
Our firm's principal is a certified public accountant and holds accreditations in business valuation, equipment appraisal, and certification in personal property appraisal.

We only affiliate with reputable, long-standing accounting and appraisal societies, namely, the Equipment Appraisers Association of North America, the Certified Appraisers Guild of America, and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Completed Training
Certified Senior Appraiser of the Equipment Appraisers Association of North America
Completed the Equipment Appraiser Association of North America's accredited appraiser program including experience, examination and peer-reviewed appraisal report requirements in March 2021. Advanced to Senior Appraiser in 2024.
Certified Personal Property Appraiser Program
Completed the Certified Appraiser Guild of America's personal property appraisal certification program along with a peer-reviewed appraisal report in July 2018.

For plant nurseries and landscapers, our personal property appraiser is a Horticulturalist accredited by the Indiana Landscape and Nursery Association and a graduate of the University of Tennessee Extension's Master Nursery Producer program. He earned the designation as a Florida-Friendly Landscaping Certified Professional in spring 2021. Lastly, Mr. Cento is a certified private pesticide applicator in Indiana and Kentucky.
